What I want to help leaders solve for
Having spent over 20 years observing leaders and becoming one myself, it is easy to see how often the gap between what employees actually need to be inspired and what leaders think they want widens. Trends around quiet quitting, geographically dispersed teams and lags in hiring only make things harder.

Having spent over 20 years observing leaders and becoming one myself, it is easy to see how often the gap between what employees actually need to be inspired and what leaders think they want widens. Trends around quiet quitting, geographically dispersed teams and lags in hiring only make things harder. The solution is often easy - but time, trust, and knowing how to break down walls often get in the way.
Why fulfillment in what you do is the cornerstone of the Arc & Anchor Method
When I had worked my way to the top, I wanted to spend more time helping others get there. And often, it comes from enjoying the work. When you are passionate about what you do, those around you can get inspired as well. This is what builds great brand, sparks creativity and brings out the best in a person. We can't often pick how engaging the work we do is. But we can change the way we think about the work, identify what we need to get out of the role, and take a step back to really consider our own personal goals to completely transform our attitude and outlook towards the job at hand. The coaching we do together is not focused on getting to that next level. It's about finding fulfillment in what you do today that will set you apart from the rest.
The Arc - to be fulfilled requires having an individual sense of self and super powers.
Does every member of your team know their arc?
The Anchor - To motivate teams, a leader must make the mission clear. But transparent vision is not enough.
Do you know what makes those on your team "tic?" Do you know how to articulate your why in a way that resonates with theirs?
