What I want to help leaders solve for

Trends around quiet quitting, geographically dispersed teams and lags in hiring only make things harder.

Having spent over 20 years observing leaders and becoming one myself, it is easy to see how often the gap between what employees actually need to be inspired and what leaders think they want widens. Trends around quiet quitting, geographically dispersed teams and lags in hiring only make things harder. The solution is often right in front of us - but time, trust, and knowing how to break down walls often get in the way.

The Anchor - To motivate teams, a leader must make the mission clear. But transparent vision is not enough.
Do you know what makes those on your team "tic?" Do you know how to articulate your why in a way that resonates with theirs?
